Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
Ship the item back to us within 7 days of approval.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for items of equal value (subject to stock availability).
To exchange an item, follow the return steps above and specify the item you'd like in exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
